Once you, as the User, reserve the Services for the required date and time, the Provider will receive a notification with the details of your reservation. The Provider has 24 hours to confirm or reject your reservation.

After the Provider confirms, the reservation is considered confirmed by both parties, and you will receive a notification of this confirmation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the Provider's contact details and the exact address of the event venue become available to you. Now you can contact providers to discuss the details of the reservation, arrange payment terms and methods, and prepare for the event.
